Behind the Blend: Meet Charlie
Charlie splits his time between analysing costs and pricing as Commercial Controller and keeping events running smoothly. With a background in hospitality, seasonal work in the Alps and Channel Islands, and a desire for a proper Monday-to-Friday job, he found the perfect balance at Icely Done. His go-to drink is a spiced rum & ginger beer (or a sour, for variety), and his favourite Blend is Pineapple & Coconut for its creamy, moreish flavour. If his job were a cocktail, it would be a Zombie—lots of parts coming together to make something that somehow works. One day, he’d open a bar called Puzzles, serving a signature drink called The Solution. And when it comes to cocktails, one rule he won’t compromise on: a glass full of ice beats a couple of cubes any day.
Behind the Blend: Meet Nat
From keeping deliveries on track to keeping the team smiling, Natalie’s the engine behind our logistics. A former London croupier turned cocktail convert, she loves the people, the flexibility, and a good Mojito (every day, if she could). Her favourite Blend? Peach & Apricot – “it tastes like pure joy.” Just don’t ask her to add dry ice.

Behind the Blend: Meet Emanuele
Emanuele keeps every Icely Done product safe, consistent, and top quality. Growing up in his grandma’s Italian garden sparked a lifelong love of food and drink, which now fuels his work across cocktails, chilled, and frozen goods.
“There’s never a dull moment, there’s always a new project to dive into,” he says. Big on Negronis and our Peach & Apricot Blend, he’s all about drinks that work anytime. His advice? “Olives with tequila – trust me – and never settle for a bad cocktail.”
