We’re often asked which is better — ambient or chilled? And honestly, fair question.
When you're running a busy bar, event, or restaurant, it helps to know exactly what you’re working with. So here’s the lowdown.
First up: Chilled
Our chilled range is where it all began. It’s unpasteurised, kept cool, and packed with flavour. No heat treatment means nothing gets in the way of the brightness, balance and depth that make a cocktail sing. If you’ve got the fridge space, it’s an excellent choice for those who want freshness front and centre.
Then there’s: Ambient
Not everyone has room to spare in the fridge. That’s why we took our time perfecting our ambient range, tweaking recipes, tasting, adjusting, and then doing it all over again. We didn’t rush it, because quality is everything.
The result? Blends that offer the same ease and consistency you expect from us, in a shelf-stable format. They hold their own when it comes to flavour, and they’re ideal for high-volume venues, events or bars where space is limited and stock needs to work harder.
New in our ambient lineup…
So far, we’ve taken two of our all-time favourite chilled Blends, Passion Fruit & Vanilla and Watermelon & Strawberry, and turned them into shelf-stable ambient versions.
