The story behind our coffee Blend

Some things take time. Great cocktails. Legendary nights. And in our case, the perfect coffee Blend.

Our Coffee Blend took two and a half years to get just right. That’s two and a half years of tasting, testing, tweaking, and tasting again. Our sourcing was meticulous, selecting only the best ingredients, because anything less than exceptional wouldn’t cut it. Every sip needed to deliver a full experience: aroma, taste, mouthfeel, and the perfect look.

Along the way, we tried all sorts of ideas: vanilla, caramel, a pinch of salt. For a moment, we thought we were onto something. But we quickly realised adding extra flavours to hide a weak coffee wasn’t for us. We wanted to get the coffee right. So we stripped it back to basics and perfected a Blend that delivers the most natural, authentic coffee flavour we could.

No unnecessary ingredients. Just coffee, carefully sourced and blended. The result is a versatile, reliable Blend that’s bold, balanced, and brilliantly suited to any serve, hot or cold.

We could go on about the care and craft that went into making it, but ultimately, it’s made to be used creatively, efficiently, and brilliantly behind the bar.

Classic Espresso Martini

The ultimate espresso martini, perfectly balanced and irresistibly velvety.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Coffee Blend

  • 35ml Vodka

  • 15ml Kahlúa

Method: Shake, strain & serve!

Irish Coffee (Frozen Twist Optional)

Warm and comforting, with whiskey warmth and a hint of coffee magic.

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Coffee Blend

  • 25ml Irish whiskey

  • 10ml Kahlúa

  • 15ml Sugar syrup

  • 25ml Water

Velvet 43

The classic pick-me-up, upgraded with a Spanish accent.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Coffee Blend

  • 50ml Licor 43
