What do you do at Icely Done?

I’m the Orders & Transport Supervisor, which basically means I keep everything (and everyone) moving. From getting Blends out the door to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, I’m on it!

How did you end up in this role?

I actually started out as a croupier in London casinos. After maternity leave, I was ready for something new, and Icely Done was the perfect fit.

If your job were a cocktail, what would it be?

An Espresso Martini – intense, never boring, and always delivers.

Favourite Blend?

Peach & Apricot. It tastes like pure joy. I’m not much of a bartender though, so I’d probably get Bobby from sales to make it for me!

Most memorable cocktail experience?

At Lavish in Stevenage, I ordered a Pornstar Martini that came with dry ice. I thought it looked amazing, so I sent a photo to the work chat… and was immediately told off because dry ice in drinks is apparently dangerous. (For the record, it tasted great.)

Something you’ve learnt since joining the drinks world?

Everything tastes better as a slushie.

If you opened your own bar, what would it be called?

Bottoms Up! A shots bar with wild flavours – think Skittles, Mars Bar, chilli, even Marmite.
