Identifying an opportunity

Coppa Club recognised the importance of improving the speed of their cocktail service while ensuring that each drink maintained its intricate flavours. They set out to delight their guests without leaving them waiting for their favourite tipple. That’s when they turned to us, the Icely gang, with our trailblasing expertise in crafting innovative cocktail blends.

Blends in action

To address this challenge, our team worked with Coppa Club to introduce three unique blends into their cocktail offerings. These blends found their way into some of the venue’s best-selling cocktails, adding a new level of taste and sophistication.
Our Rhubarb & Strawberry blend produced the perfect Rhubarb & Strawberry Martinis, while the Ginger & Lemon blend brought a delightful zest to the Pear & Ginger Margarita. Additionally, the Strawberry & Watermelon blend introduced a refreshing twist to the exclusive Feeling Lucky cocktail, initially available at the Guildford location and soon to be rolled out across other sites.
