In this blend, we peel leafy Spanish clementines before juicing them to extract their sweet, acidic, vibrant orange liquid.
This is blended with a handmade, clove-infused water and we turn this in to a Spiced Clementine syrup before adding lemon juice to complete this beautiful, versatile, limited edition cocktail base.
