London eventually tempted me in, where I joined one of the UK’s top premium gin brands, managing accounts in southwest London before stepping into a prestige sales role. After six years, my wife and I decided it was time for a change, so we swapped the city for Bath. Icely Done made that move possible, and now I get to help venues across the South serve high-quality cocktails with ease.</image:caption>

Another was my first trip to Nightjar in East London, I remember drinking a chocolate boulevardier with a frozen chocolate teddy in the bottom of the coupe – it stuck with me and opened up my eyes: classics can be remixed with a pinch of fun. And most recently I was at Taylor + Elementary and had a One-Gulp Martini’ with blue cheese stuffed olive. I was just constantly being surprised by how good it was. The blue cheese addition was such a surprise, but it worked perfectly.</image:caption>

I asked my parents. "It was in the fridge," replied my Mum. As I look to the table, I see a glass full of pure, Ginger &amp; lemon Blend, brimming to the top of my daughter's glass... I yelled "NOOO" as the glass hit her lips. A silence fell across the room as her eyes became bigger and bigger, and she started yelling "Hot, Hot, Hot."       <image:title>Trouble shooting Carp - Having a little trouble with your machine? No fear! Here’s a hand list of tips and tricks to help get you back up and running in a jiffy. No Power? If your machine won’t turn on, there are a few things you can try: Test the wall socket is working properly. You can do this by testing a different appliance in the socket. If a second appliance does not turn on, it is likely your wall socket is having issues so proceed with plugging your machine into a different outlet. If the socket is working, the fuse may have blown. If is it safe to do so, change the fuse for a new 13 amp fuse. Mixer not spinning? If one or both mixers aren’t spinning, try the following: Check that nothing is caught inside the bowl, or obstructing the spiral Check that the mix ratio is correct. Too much water in the mix can cause an over freeze which will stop this from spinning. Not freezing on both sides? Double check the airflow around the machine. There should be plenty of airflow space either side to cool the machine. (15cm on each side!) Check there is nothing blocking the vents. This includes removing cups, menus etc that may be in the way. If the machine has lots of space, and this is still not working - the condenser filter may be clogged. The filter should be cleaned regularly to keep this top notch. Hoover and brush the filter to remove any dust. Check the mix ratio is correct: Icely Done mix should not be diluted more than 1:1 with water. If you add too much, solid ice will build up on the mental core and the safety will override, turning off the freeze function.</image:title>

      <image:title>Trouble shooting Carp - Not Freezing – One Side Only Is the mix ratio correct? Icely Done mix should not be diluted more than 1 to 1 with water (1 litre of water for every litre of mix). If you add too much water, solid ice will build up on the central metal core and a safety mechanism will turn off the freeze function. Is the thickness correctly set? The thickness/viscosity of the mix can be adjusted using the red screw near the back of the machine. To adjust the thickness, you will need to turn the screw at the back of the machine as per the below image. The machine you have may look slightly different, but the principle is the same. Turn the adjustment screw clockwise to increase thickness and counterclockwise to decrease viscosity When adjusting for a thicker product, the thickness indicator will lower. For a thinner product, the indicator will rise. Over Freezing Is there enough mix in the machine? The less mix you have in the machine the thicker the mix will become. It will also have less weight behind it and so pour slower. Each machine will have a different minimum fill level, but we recommend refilling the machine once you can clearly see the back of the cooling core. Is the thickness correctly set? See point 2 in the section above.</image:title>

      <image:title>Trouble shooting Carp - Leak If the machine has a leak the first thing to do is find where the leak is coming from. It is normal for condensation to form and run to the front of the machine and drip into the drip tray. If the dripping is more often than you would expect or contains lots of mix, then you most likely have a break in either the bowl or the seals. Are all the seals placed correctly? Remove the tank and check that all the seals are in the correct place and the correct way round. There are 3 seals to check are: On the tap / dispenser At the rear of the tank (Red) Between the mixer and the cooling cylinder (White)</image:title>
      <image:caption>If all the seals are placed correctly, check for breakages. Remove the tank and seals and inspect them thoroughly for tears/cracks. If you find a break in either the bowl or seals, contact us immediately so that we can arrange replacement. If no breaks can be found, clean and lubricate the seals. Dirty or unlubricated seals will not form a watertight seal. Rebuild the machine, ensuring everything is positioned correctly. Test by filling the tanks with water (do not turn the machine on when it is filled with water). Once filled with water wait to see if the leak returns. The amount of time you will have to wait will depend on how fast the leak was. A fast leak should reappear within minutes but if the leak was a slower more intermittent leak you may want to leave the machine for a few hours to confirm that the problem has been resolved. When rubber seals are washed in a boiling water they will warp and stretch. For this reason, do not wash any machine parts in a glass/dish washer.</image:caption>
