A Simple Strawberry Spritz
The first of our sharers is an absolute smash hit of a cocktail – featuring our Strawberry and Cucumber blend; boasting a bold celebration of two much-loved British flavours and blended to perfection.
Deliciously elegant and charged with prosecco, the Strawberry Spritz will certainly provide the good times all round.
- 100ml Icely Done Strawberry & Cucumber blend
- 50ml gin
- 100ml prosecco
Build over ice and stir, then garnish with chopped strawberries and cucumber slices.
The Strawberry Spritz will definitely quench your thirst for the remarkable!
A Rhubarb and Strawberry Sharer
With this Rhubarb and Strawberry sharer, you are bound to get a taste of British summertime. Rivalling our Strawberry and Cucumber blend, the Rhubarb and Strawberry blend is certainly proving itself to be one of our best sellers.
Although its great as a a single serve – our Rhubarb and Strawberry spritz is even better as a sharer. What’s better than sharing the love (and drinks), eh?!
Want to give it a go? You’ll need to get your hands on our Rhubarb and Strawberry blend, and then you’ll be able to create the delicious spritz quickly and consistently.
- 50ml Icely Done Rhubarb & Strawberry blend
- 75ml gin
- 250ml prosecco
Build over ice in a jug and stir, garnish with sliced strawberries and you’re good to go!
A Margarita to Share
If you’re looking for something a little less fruity, with a bit more of a kick, there’s nothing a Margarita can’t do. With tequila’s unique flavour profile, it’s able to offer a lot more than often expected from a drink, and there’s something about the Margarita which gives it its standing as a big hitter!
Ian Wisniewski’s 1998 book “Classic Tequila” (which of course, features heavily the holy grail of tequila cocktails – the Margarita), details a perfect serve for the unmistakably Mexican cocktail.
- 2 parts tequila (we’d recommend El Jimador Blanco)
- 1 part triple sec
- 1 part citrus (lime/lemon juice)
This is a cocktail that you don’t want to shake or strain. If you’re making the margarita to share, adjust the measurements accordingly, fill a jug with ice and build with some lime slices for garnish.
We’d love to hear what sharing cocktails you’ve been creating. Give us a shout if you want to provide us with some inspiration!
