I don’t have a cocktail shaker! What can I use instead?!
You can shake your cocktail up in a sealed plastic container, lunchbox, reusable coffee cup, coffee flask, water bottle, protein shaker, jam jar… Basically anything that can hold ice and has a tight lid!
I don’t have a 25ml measure! What can I use instead?!
An egg cup, shot glass, 5 x teaspoons or 1 x good tablespoon is pretty close to a 25ml measure, but it’s not quite perfect!
I don’t have a strainer! What can I use instead?
You can use a coffee filter, salad strainer, tea strainer or just hold the ice back with a big spoon or some chopsticks! We would love to see you shaking things up so don’t forget to send us a pic on [email protected]
What is the return policy?
We’re sorry to hear you would like to return your Icely Done product. We’d hope you’d be enjoying our products instead of returning them, but if there’s a problem with your order, contact us within 14 days of ordering over at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.
What are the shipping options?
Our products are shipped on a Tracked service from Royal Mail. All orders will be delivered within 2 – 3 days. If you place your order before Friday mid day, we will endeavour to deliver the next day ready for the weekend.
What are the international taxes and duties (or similar) that I have to pay?
We currently only ship our products within the UK, so there are no additional taxes or duties.
When will I receive my order?
You’ll receive your order 2-3 days after placing your order. You’ll be emailed with all the tracking details, so you’re able to keep an eye on your orders progress. Any problems, please give us a shout at [email protected]
What do I do if I haven’t received my order?
If you’ve not received your order after 5 working days please email us at [email protected] with your order number and your details so we can look into the situation.
What do I do if I received a defective order?

Do I need to be 18 or over to order a Shake At Home Cocktail Kit? What is valid ID?
Yes, our Shake at Home Cocktail Kits contain alcohol, so you need to be 18 or over to purchase them. You may be asked to prove your age on delivery, so please have either a Passport, Photographic Drivers Licence or PASS Accredited Scheme ready to prove your age to the courier.
How is the product made and where do the ingredients come from?
Our products are handmade by awesome humans in our SALSA accredited Hertfordshire drinks kitchen! We get our fruit fresh from New Covent Garden Market.

How do I make my chosen cocktail with your Shake at Home Cocktail Kits?
Our Shake at Home Cocktail Kits come with all the ingredients you need to create five bar quality cocktails of your choice at home. Included in your kit is a recipe card with all the instructions you need to get started: simply measure, mix, shake and strain!
How should I store the blend?
Our blends, including the ones included in the Shake at Home Kits, are made with fresh fruit juices and purees. They can be kept at room temperature for a couple of days but we recommend keeping them in the fridge to preserve their flavour until the best before date. Treat them similar to not-from-concentrate juices; fine in the boot of a car on the way home from the shop, but best kept in the fridge at home.
