Our websites use cookies to collect information.  Cookies are messages that web servers pass to your web browser when you visit internet sites. Your browser stores each message in a small file called cookie.txt. We collect these cookies to better understand the pages viewed and the customer journey around our website. Google Analytics

When someone visits www.icelydone.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Website Data Capture / Contact Forms

From time to time we use a website data capture form in conjunction with marketing campaigns to generate new business leads. These business leads will be contacted by our Sales Team only. Each web form has a tick box to allow a business to opt in to receiving / being added to our mailing list for future marketing communications including newsletters, offers, business updates and advise leaving this box unticked if they do not wish to receive these communications. This also applies to the website contact forms. This information is not stored unless the box has been ticked giving use permission to send marketing communications as detailed above.

Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about offers, promotions or business updates; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t trade or share email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter plus other e-communications. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-communications. For more information, please Mailchimps privacy policy; https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer Louise at [email protected]

This privacy policy will be reviewed every 6 months and updated accordingly from 3rd May 2018.
